All orders are dispatched from our base in Buckinghamshire within 3 working days upon receipt of payment by Royal Mail's first class delivery service. UK customers should receive their item within 3-7 days of payment - if it hasn't arrived by then, please contact sales@danecobain.com to organise a replacement.

We aim to deliver worldwide - if your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll see if we can arrange delivery.

Returns

We operate a 30-day returns guarantee. Return the item in its original condition within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund for the price you paid. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund postage and packing charges. If you're not happy with your item, please contact us to arrange a refund.
